I am looking for a peanut butter bar recipie?

I get these delicious peanut butter bars at a local coffee shop. The bottom is a chewy oats mixture and the top layer is a swirly mix of hardened chocolate and peanut butter.

I would like to make them myself since they charge over $2 for a square and it adds up if you get them often!

So if anybody knows of a recipie with those specifications, that would be fabulous!

   Peanut Butter bar

   1 1/2 sticks butter
   1 c. peanut butter
   1 lb. powdered sugar
   1/2 bag (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
   4 oz. milk chocolate bar

   Mix sugar, peanut butter and butter. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan (sprayed with Pam first). Melt chips and chocolate bar together then spread over peanut butter mixture. Firm in 2 hours. Caution: Refrigeration makes the mixture too hard to cut.
