This Peach Cobbler recipe has been used in my family forever!! It’s very simple and you can use other fruits as you would like.

Melt one stick of butter/margarine in the cooking dish at 350 degrees.

These are the ingredients for your batter:
    1 Cup of sugar
1 Cup of flour (self rising)
1 Cup of milk **The batter will be thin.**

Remove melted butter from oven, and carefully pour the batter mixture over the butter. DO NOT STIR! Now, spoon your filling (peaches) over the batter being very careful not to stir, again.

The crust will rise so long as there has been no stirring….that’s the big secret. Bake for at least 30 minutes, at 350 degrees or until set and the top is golden brown.

Dynamite with fresh whipped cream or vanila ice cream!! Let me know how it turns out!!
